About Our Services

How do I schedule an appointment?

That's easy! You can call, text, email or use our online scheduling system request an available time. If you are a to first time client select the Strategy Session option.

How long does it take to get an appointment?

For a consultation, you should be able to schedule an appointment within a week of your Strategy Session. Sarah works with a limited amount of people each month. Under certain circumstances, you may be placed on a waiting list or referred to another practitioner. For other appointments such as Cupboard Cleanout, Guided Grocery Trips etc., availability will be displayed on the calendar after you have selected this option.

How long does the consultation process take?

Everyone has a unique set of needs, therefore, a time frame will be discussed after your Strategy Session,

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

Strategy Session - Please allow 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule a Strategy Session
Initial Consultations - Initial Consultations are paid in full and cancellation/reschedule procedures will be outlined once you receive your Personalized Info Packet.
Live Events - Live Events such as classes, workshop, speaker sessions are Non-Refundable
Other Services (Cupboard Clean-out, Guided Grocery Trip etc.) - You may cancel within 24 hours of your appointment otherwise you will only be eligible for a 50% refund.

How do I pay for services?

We accept payments through PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account in order to make payments. Please contact us to make other arrangements if you are unable to use PayPal. pay for services.
 

Do you accept insurance?

Sarah is dedicated to giving you the best care and providing you with effective resources. Services provided by The Nutrition Steward are out-of-pocket expenses and are not limited to what insurance will accept or process. Clients are encouraged to explore options with service providers.

Live Events

Live events are posted on event page. Tickets are available first come first serve. To make sure you receive notifications of upcoming events sign up for the newsletter

Do you sell supplement?

Sarah encourages everyone to get essential nutrients from food first and foremost. However, there are some circumstances in which a supplement is needed. In those circumstances, there are types/brands that she trusts and will recommend in a client setting.

 

Do you prescribe medication?

Prescribing medication would be out of scope of practice as a Holistic Nutritionist. In a client setting Sarah is happy to work with your healthcare team and bring a unique perspective if needed.

How long does it take to get a response?

Ask Sarah -Ask Sarah questions submitted through email or social media message will be answered monthly at an Ask Sarah event online. Make sure you are signed up for the newsletter to get updates of upcoming Q&A sessions
